We’re introducing a new weekly blog here at Intaxication…Red Whine Wednesdays! So…what are Red Whine Wednesdays? They’re a chance for you to blow off some steam, to tell us exactly what makes your blood boil when it comes to business, tax or technology. Tax isn’t exactly the most understanding of industries. We’ve all spent 80-plus hours a week in an office, wondering what our families were doing while we were elbow-deep in Excel spreadsheets. Red Whine Wednesdays give you the chance to uncork and start venting about situations like that or anything else! Frustrated by a recent development in tax law? Whine about it. In disbelief over an auditor who’s camped out at your office? Whine about it!
You can give us your Red Whines by posting in the comments of any Red Whine Wednesday post. We will take our favorite Red Whines and post them on future Wednesdays. If you’d like to keep it anonymous, we’re working hard to create some ways for you to do just that!
It’s time for us, as tax professionals, to start talking about what makes us angry (and maybe start laughing a little about our shared frustrations). We’ll share our first post this Wednesday…come Whine with us today!
